2. Kingston - Kingfisher Leisure Centre

Time: Wednesday evenings: 8:00p.m-9:15p.m
(75 minutes)

Price: Pay Kingfisher Centre direct (subsidised so very reasonable).

Classes start 2020 - NOTE: Kingfisher is closed at the moment for essential repairs. It is expected to re-open in February 2020!

3. Hampton - Lucy Potter Dance Studio
Time: Saturday mornings: 10:45a.m-12:00 noon (75 minutes)
Price: Drop-ins £14; £55/5 classes (save £5).
Classes resume for 2020 on the 11/01/2020.

4. Guided Relaxation & Meditation Class

Guided relaxation incorporating visualisation and connection to the breath, followed by guided meditation, using visualisation, breath, sound and an exploration of mantra.

The objective is to relax, breathe consciously, unwind, let go and become more aware of the present moment through mind, body and spirit.

Further elements to be explored include 

    - pranayam - breath and energy management.

    - sound yoga - an exploration of sound within yoga.

    - restorative postures and mudras.

This class is suitable for everyone and can be undertaken seated or lying down on a mat or seated on a chair.

Time: Thursday evenings: 7p.m-8p.m.

Price: £9. Re-start to be scheduled.

5. Private Classes
Private one-on-one or one-on-two sessions are a wonderful way to get fully focussed individual attention whether as a beginner or experienced practioner.
The content of each session is tailor-made to how you are feeling that day and what you want to work on - asana, pranayam, meditation or any other aspect of yoga that you wish - the choice is yours.
These sessions can be intense but equally rewarding, as the attention is focussed solely on you and your mind and body and how it is aligned in each asana (posture), the connection to your breath and the presence (or not) of your mind in each moment and breath.
This can be a particularly effective way to gain a deeper experience and understanding of yoga and your own mind/body behavioural patterns, both on and off the mat.
Location can be either at mine or yours depending on where you are.
Price: £50/hour - the industry standard price for 1-on-1's but this is flexible and depends on length and number of sessions pre-booked and location, so please make contact to discuss. :-)
